Some friends and family have gotten the full impact of it in the last
few hours, and I must say they are VERY patient.  By now, however,
they should be used to me and my toys.

scanner.  For months now I\'ve been wanting a simple scanner for my
- Y+ o( X/ B$ C# vslides and photos. Every other place I went to, like Wal*Mart and
Target, only sold the printer/copier/fax/scanner units.  I already own
all of that except for the scanner and wasn\'t about to spend hundreds
of dollars for more than I need.
" F  I9 `$ [, l  T9 ]) v0 Y  Y1 m4 Q
This scanner costing under $80 does a great job on my photos, even the
) o1 Q& T' g: B% @! T8 M& M$ _ones of me as a baby.  My slides of astronomical art by Morris Scott
Dollens come out okay even after collecting dust for decades.  I
, V. m. h' k4 x- Y) T  jshould be kept busy for days scanning all the photos I\'ve saved over
# _" c. {6 J" _5 N! wthe years in an old suitcase.  Now if I could only figure out who all
those people in really old photos are!
