Your responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
# p4 X; a4 M0 d9 t8 w3 G0 T• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
3 x2 _) i' k7 B6 S2 U% b• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
, P  p* e$ o9 K$ O0 [2 b• Other duties may be assigned

Our Offer

Our requirements
• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

2 B$ C) p% [0 R3 A& f' s• Customer service experience
• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
