( k1 r! k/ d, }2 QJOB SUMMARY % N5 A' C% M3 F4 a+ O4 oThis position is responsible for accounting activities within the finance department including, but is not limited to, analyzing trends, job costing analysis, variance analysis, interpreting results, and providing high-level pro-active financial analysis for assigned regions and/or divisions. The position is also responsible for providing financial result regional presentations to both regional and field managers. This position will also be responsible for forecasting and budgeted of assigned regions. * h  b5 K) t# G/ ~; NJOB SCOPE • Perform high quality variance/trend analysis and present results at regional meetings 4 Y" v: c6 ^; |• Provide a high level of customer service to Regional and Operation Managers • Analyze, reconcile, and action balance sheet and P&L accounts • Assist and/or take control of monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts and budgets + V5 L6 d' ]4 X0 m: i4 z• Prepare assigned areas of the reporting package each month • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries while executing assigned month end tasks according to established closing calendar deadlines " E( I+ j4 S) U  h  N7 @• Other finance duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES ' X8 P; |0 I8 I1 Q; _; D• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 7 l) z* n- B1 d' H* I• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint ) }% G: f1 U* X! [• SAP or other similar ERP software experience considered an asset • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision 1 P; h, X6 D7 J0 |9 K+ T• Ability to work with various levels of management • Highly analytical with great attention to detail , m* A& U  d9 F+ z; E• Superior customer service skills 4 H8 t1 E) V  ]& ]  B• Excellent written and communication skills CREDENTIALS / EXPERIENCE , o2 A' m% Y% ?& x: z. G6 ?# N/ f• Post-Secondary Education • Currently enrolled in the CGA or CMA program is considered an asset, but not necessary • 3-5 Years working experience 0 S: `1 s' v2 T! h( ~# p WORKING CONDITIONS: • Office environment • Monday to Friday during business hours • Some travel required (very minimal)
