Main Duties and Responsibilities: 0 \. e% T! f; _0 D5 X5 F9 i
‧Assist in after-lending management& N0 v$ I9 f0 H4 y6 f0 n
‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
- S o) ^+ G8 v3 x7 q‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down." I) u2 M3 ]1 P
‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

. v# r% B; t" L) n7 K2 N1 u* @2 J. fQualifications and Experiences:* A5 T' n) U S! x
‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
; Y" _" L1 T. {- z$ i‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
3 Z+ T8 J+ h1 F/ k‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;* y; E+ i l, R* I8 o! O- n
‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.
9 ]6 e/ q: z7 y3 E& R9 r2 x" s3 ^! \‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
6 K1 J* J) T: W0 x4 n6 B# ` ^‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.& ~1 b9 C$ ?& l) J0 J; `
‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements. 6 J$ P! b$ o# t9 C2 a: G) A
‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel." t; ^6 j) ^9 L0 y& c; r& n
‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);: x! N6 [" P6 }6 L. K7 w
‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
