Main Duties and Responsibilities: * z& _% ?( Y) W8 u) A" G
‧Assist in after-lending management
. K; Z% N- P5 T; @6 v- G# u+ r‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
* T, S1 o" b( S- M+ K) E& [1 Z* m‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
" u5 e* n( ]( B- r. T4 ~. L‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.: n$ d7 X5 A5 K

Qualifications and Experiences: R, Q7 c. e& e$ _
‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
* b- p k2 L! C‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
# Q- G% r1 ^9 z4 l0 s! R‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;$ Q, M$ O Z# _
‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.8 U- ~4 c, b& w( Q8 K% y
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities. B0 x" ^' [+ h+ j0 g
‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.5 L8 M. P* L6 O/ L8 c' m
‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
. I# ^+ p9 ^/ @/ b! {# a, ]3 a‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
) E7 X; S' \6 ]: I5 t‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);0 n5 k( O A% V& K
‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.$ {3 M/ ]3 A7 n# w2 Q3 l( u
