Wage: $18/hr

Requirement:
Organizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
# d" u1 V: n( ], `; _
Scope of responsibilities include:
Coordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  T# O8 c+ x" G) Y. nSchedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

職責範圍包括：

協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
- r/ {/ j, M6 C4 [: b" m; o5 H2 M# E6 _協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
