" z; e) C' f: \: Y- T" p! \• Provide administrative support to the sales team
* K' Z6 y$ _/ K• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
, P  `! w& o+ T( N) s9 |• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
• Other duties may be assigned

• Annual salary from $30 000 to $35 000

Our requirements
• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset
5 s' d! {6 H2 T, G+ t- T• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to meet deadlines
3 ?+ v9 H7 z& T* p! O  w& e; i' t• Customer service experience
8 {3 `9 v# ?) E• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
