1 ~: r6 m  b  h3 T( y- Tax, has been working with standard SAP tax solution or 3rd-party solution, familiar with country/regional specific tax regulations.

& u! ?3 X3 P! b% c" p9 k0 X3 C6 @7 w2 e; O- IVR which is integrated with CRM system, understand how the IVR ASR engine and text-to-speech engine, prompt scripts.
