Toronto police have arrested and charged a Mississauga man with sexual assault.
9 f# F5 B2 ]1 p1 U) _+ h" ]It is alleged that Jose Silva, 61, who owns and operates a driving school on Dundas Street W., had a meeting with a student in his office before the in-vehicle lesson.
2 H' e3 {0 N- Y2 P& P0 \Silva is then alleged to have locked the office doors and sexually assaulted the student.
