; N2 i$ W' ^2 H& t& K) d, b8 vOrganizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

9 G3 _9 _& ~9 z+ t$ q4 u5 y3 S7 m% m6 v+ GScope of responsibilities include:
3 W  H% s% O" c/ [& O' \+ U; `  TCoordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
& A. x3 {3 k! x! U/ HAssist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
4 H6 f8 r( f- C1 [5 O2 F- SSchedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

職責範圍包括：

協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
- C2 Z: [& q) V% u3 i+ v2 d' P協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
5 Z* J; S' M- o: J2 F4 k為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
