L# ?! w3 U3 fIn preparation for Citizenship and Immigration Canadas new Off-Campus Work Permit Program (OCWP), SDCs International Student Services will be presenting OCWP Information Sessions for Westerns international students and interested members of the Western community.  (NOTE:  As of June 1, 2006, international students at Western will be able to request Verification Forms - details will be released very soon).

The OCWP Information Session will:
; s  h& i6 D+ U% g* a$ h( O·         Provide details on the OCWP Program
  z+ T9 t+ B+ H; u% c·         Explain the application process (including obtaining Verification Forms)
·         Assist students with questions they may have about the OCWP Program
6 y- `3 {$ i8 X0 w- Z0 z: sIt is strongly recommended that international students interested in applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit attend one of these information sessions.

3 Q; ]  k6 d0 ?The Off-Campus Work Permit Program information sessions will be held on:
: {: j/ Q/ R7 j* ?·         Tuesday, May 30 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
·         Tuesday, May 30 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
·         Wednesday, May 31 from10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
·         Thursday, June 1 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
5 f# X) j3 T9 }7 U4 J·         Friday, June 2 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
All sessions will be held on the 3rd floor in the University Community Centre in the USC Council Chambers (Room 315).

Additionally, SDCs International Student Services will be providing guidance and advice on the completion of the Off-Campus Work Permit application form, or regarding the Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP) program, during OCWP Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed).

2 D. }- o' f6 @; r) W- @O.C.W.P. Drop-in Hours will take place in Room 270, on the 2nd floor of the UCC at the following times:

" _- c7 [' S$ F·         Thursday, June 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
·         Friday, June 2 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
