• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
# Z/ j' h; r+ A; x% {• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
• Other duties may be assigned

• Customer service experience
- \9 k5 d: D# @• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
