JOB SUMMARY & {3 K! {+ R% d8 r5 H1 UThis position is responsible for accounting activities within the finance department including, but is not limited to, analyzing trends, job costing analysis, variance analysis, interpreting results, and providing high-level pro-active financial analysis for assigned regions and/or divisions. The position is also responsible for providing financial result regional presentations to both regional and field managers. This position will also be responsible for forecasting and budgeted of assigned regions. 9 \/ ~" N( O9 @  h- uJOB SCOPE • Perform high quality variance/trend analysis and present results at regional meetings • Provide a high level of customer service to Regional and Operation Managers • Analyze, reconcile, and action balance sheet and P&L accounts ; `2 a1 h" I  D" D/ B* D• Assist and/or take control of monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts and budgets • Prepare assigned areas of the reporting package each month # H. _! {2 f! Q4 d- B1 |6 O& a• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries while executing assigned month end tasks according to established closing calendar deadlines • Other finance duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint • SAP or other similar ERP software experience considered an asset • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision • Ability to work with various levels of management • Highly analytical with great attention to detail ( {! [2 ~6 ]! ^$ _0 M  \8 G• Superior customer service skills 1 u. A6 s, C% O& y3 B( D7 c+ r• Excellent written and communication skills ! d/ Y2 \& d# P2 }4 b7 p/ TCREDENTIALS / EXPERIENCE 6 p3 W7 u. O( @' {• Post-Secondary Education 6 q. y% g2 d) i  B• Currently enrolled in the CGA or CMA program is considered an asset, but not necessary + K: F' Y8 k8 R) g• 3-5 Years working experience 0 X8 |5 O  \: o* F8 [  ?1 mWORKING CONDITIONS: * A: J" r% Z! t$ F$ a7 a& q7 o• Office environment ' n9 P5 e6 V* x% E!
