‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
" @; I5 G6 j/ e, K/ i: ~‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.1 N! x0 b3 k- C' w! e
‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.& ^6 p( H5 [% h/ N5 ~9 K1 ^
. I7 }- e7 w0 I6 l8 |# k2 [Qualifications and Experiences:
2 B% s4 p. L4 Q. M6 x9 _" {‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks; S7 s: c" e/ w5 W; [6 U
‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3." x: Q/ ]: e/ U/ H$ V( o. q) T( p
‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;$ z- t7 P! l; k8 _" ~2 c
‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.. q& c, P& p! x) @
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.4 r$ ^1 P; F( r1 I }
‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
$ I9 d& x6 [- Y2 J‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
8 J9 B. }: j) r‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
- X: q* x; ?2 r( v‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);6 W$ ?* o8 B5 D6 @- K3 ^
‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.9 J, Q2 b! w% X, @
